About Us
Brian Connelly was born and raised in Philadelphia and the Main Line where he attended Lower Merion High School lettering in baseball and basketball. He developed a passion for construction during the summers off from school working for a local contractor who specialized in home renovations for investors seeking tax credits using the Secretary of Interior’s guidelines for historic houses. While serving in the US Marine Corps he received a letter of commendation and was meritoriously promoted. Upon returning home he attended Community College of Philadelphia before transferring to the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
While working as a project manager for a local real estate investor he met his future wife Kyle Ann and daughter Casey and moved to Haddon Heights. He became a licensed home inspector while working on a $600,000 mold remediation project in Washington Township and spent the next 20 years performing home inspection and home repairs/remodeling. Brian & Kyle Ann now spend their days raising their 11-month-old grandson Cormac who is the absolute joy of their lives.
Brian in what little spare time he has enjoys reading non-fiction books that focus on leadership, business and faith. He golfs when time permits and enjoys his beach home in Avalon Manor with family and friends.
Brian believes in giving back and being a part of the community. He coached high school and AAU basketball as well as ran free clinics in Camden for middle schoolers helping them to earn scholarships to local power houses such as Camden Catholic, Paul the VI, Bishop Eustace and St. Joes Prep. He has also done projects for Rebuilding Together as well as holds/held memberships at Haddonfield Rotary and Avalon Lions and currently services as a trustee and chair of the Building and Grounds Committee for the Avalon Manor Improvement Association.
